C. Flynt was the writing team of Clif and Carol Flynt. Carol passed away in 2021, but Clif continues working on the stories they started together.

We write the kind of stories we like to read. Upbeat stories where the protagonist gets handed the sticky end of things but with cleverness and persistence manages to beat someone over the head with it. With luck, he or she grows a bit and maybe finds romance and happiness.

At least, until the next story. Life is boring (for a protagonist) when there are no problems.

We enjoy writing these, and hope you'll enjoy reading them.

Liftoff To Landing

Onceuponalongtimeago, (1986) Bill Roper and I spent a weekend in Todd Voros's attic studio recording a filk album.

This was long before modern recording. We sang this live onto a quarter inch stereo tape. No overtracking, no signal processing, not even recording instruments and vocals on separate tracks.

Stone knives and bear skins, as Spock would say.

The master recently resurfaced and Bill applied some modern tools to clean up the recordings. This release includes No Morning, Ohio Blues, Outer Space Rocket Trilogy and more of Clif's songs along with Bill singing Space is Dark, Wind From Rainbow's End, One Last Battle and other classics.
It's available as streaming media and as a CD
